We've built a custom AI model that closely mirrors the ABEM Certifying Exam experience. It's designed to give you a realistic, high-fidelity practice environment so you can confidently navigate the new exam format and build mastery in the exact case types ABEM is testing.

Why can't I just use Okuda to study?

The new Certifying Exam is completely different from the old Oral Examination. The cases assessing your medical knowledge are now called Clinical Decision Making (CDM) and are structurally distinct from the old Oral Boards cases. There is no role-playing, and examiners assess your reasoning through focused questions about your overall approach to patient management. The old Okuda textbook will no longer help you prepare for the Certifying Exam.
